LET DOWN BY COURIER

Much to my delight the FNB online creation of a business account was wonderful! FNB was attentive, and responsive and ensured all relevant details were conveyed to me without any hassle. I was extremely satisfied with the service..until.. they handed over the process to their courier CCD couriers! What a useless company. I have large exposure to courier providers, and i must state that i believe they must be the most useless i have EVER come across! It took me talking to almost 10 different call centre agents just to try and arrange the delivery and collection of my card and documents. Only then to be greeted by TWO seperate people on the same day! what a joke. My husbands card (for the same account) has still not arrived! despite sms's to say that the card would be delivered today, as well as confirmed delivery dates, we have just been notified that CCD dont even have the card! Absolutely pathetic, and completely frustrating. FNB - you should pay as much attention to your service providers as you do to your advertising... THEY ARE LETTING YOU DOWN!
