Sharon decided to freeze or block my account on 17 December 2013 because I had an outstanding balance on my smart device account of R3109. So i ask them to reserve the R3109 as i will be paid on 24 December and not block my account but they refused. On the 24th I get paid and now I want my account unfrozen and they tell me about their own internal issues and I end up having to drive to branch everytime I need money and have to request authority or permission from Clifforf Makhubedu all the time draw some cash, and at this time I am in Maseru which means crossing the border each time i needed cash. Now I finally spoke to Clifford and he understood the principle of FNB reserving their R3109 from my account and unblock my account, this was done on the 31st December 2013. Now 1o days later they process that journal or transaction to clear the smart device balance and some stupid person whom I dont know who they are goes and process the transaction twice on different occassions and I get the sms notification this morning and when I call the FNB call centre they politely tell me they cannot help me I mst wait for Monday, I must buy stationery for my child R3109 is a lot of money in Jan.
