Incorrect Billing Data

We cancelled all our Nedbank accounts and credit cards at the Glen Acres Branch in Kempton Park.
This was done with one of their bankers.
Outstanding balances were provided.
We settled all these accounts.
Now we keep on receiving charges for credit card fees.
How is this possible?
Cards were destroyed by the assistant in the bank and all outstanding monies paid.
