This is the 3rd time I write here on the SAME complaint. Today is 11 January 2014. Windscreen Direct / Dial Direct still hasnt resolved my repair since August 2013. Yes, you read correct... August 2013. Like another Insurance advert I saw on the tv, these companies are all sing and dance when the sell you the policy but dont deliver when it matters.
I have lost count how many times the fitters came to my place with the incorrect moulding for my windscreen.
I even took time out from my busy work day to drive to their offices in December to show them my vehicle. Still, I have the fitters arrrive today with the incorrect stuff.
Stay away, thats all I would say. You will be paying your hard earned money every month for inferior service.
