Three weeks I wrote a complaint on a billing FNB card department had on my account which was card fees for the account. FNB Responce on the lady that called me promised to reverse the charges on condition that I clear the account off. The lady promised to send me on email the clearance balance without the card fees which she never did.
As promised I had pay off the account but have not cleared it due to the card fees balance not properly credited out of the account. Do I have to pay for Card Fees when I never Recieved the cards in the first place, I wish to make it clear that the credit act says Consumers must pay for items signed for & consumed. FNB is being shrewed in this deal as the promise to reverse the charges & have not. I wish to clear & close off this account but I do not wish to pay for the petrol, Credit Card & the ebucks on the account which they allege non-south african accounts cannot utilise the ebucks earned on the cards.
Please FNB give customers transparent deals & don't hide on clauses on the contract if you have not delivered the cards...help me clear the account without these funny charges for cards not recieved
