Billing me for a credit card I don't have

I have a very simple request I want nedbank to refund me for the 3yrs that you have been charging me for 2xfreekin credit cards that were and never reissued to me you already sucking me dry with dam bank charges and I have been a loyal client of yours since you have taken over from NBS bank. If this is how you treat your gold card clients I rather not even have one, please check my history and see that I have never failed to pay you on time but I am at boiling point and frankly sick of this please refund me ASAP that's all I don't want your stupid credit cards!
