I had a really bad experience with the Standard Bank homeloan call centre. Twice, the lady at the call centre went on about the deadline and timeframe that the bank is compling to. I think that it must be more about the customer needs and being open to execute the bond and transaction as soon as possible. If the bank made a mistake, they must take responsibility and improve their turn around time. When they say 5 working days, it must be 5 working days. I am not happy about the delay that was caused on my homeloan, due to a mistake made by the bank. I would appreciate a person who knows what the full process is and a person personally involved in my specific case to be assigned to consult with me.
