I APPLIED FOR A PRE APPROVAL ON A HOMELOAN ON 4 DECEMBER 2012 (which according to the bank should take 10 Working days to finalize). Today its been 32 Working Days and still not telephone call from standard bank. I had to call them 4 times to follow up what needs to be done. Clearly they are not interested in having me as a client. I am now in the process of moving to another bank with all of my accounts (Cheque, Savings, Credit Card, VAF and Business accounts.) Sorry but I am sick of this service I get from standard bank, They don't deserve my money.
