I find it interesting that when applying for the "customer assist" offered by Standard bank, in all the communications form them, they give you a turnaround time of 15 working days... No contact had been made by the bank to inform me that the 15 working day set out by Standard Bank cannot be met, I called the call centre today to follow up on the application only to be told the "Its still currently in processing and could take up to two months, How can Standard Bank communicate 15 day turnaround time and know very well that this can't be done? The customer service is disgusting!
