I have been patient with this company but the level of service really leaves much to be desired.
I sent through a request for a settlement amount on Monday the 6th January. I received a form to fill in and submit together with a copy of my ID. To date i am still waiting for a settlement amount. How hard can it be to just give me a settlement amount? Please guys i need to pay and part ways with your company before i use the cash for something else.
Yesterday Precious promised to follow up for me but i have not heard anything from your accounts department.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated!
