Very rude service

I'm moving my homeloan from Standard Bank to ABSA, so Standard Bank appoints this law firm JOSHILA DESAI INCORPORATED to handle the matter for them, when I try to get feedback from them on where we are on the process, I got a very rude and uncooperative lady names Bo.

The reason for this complaint is I'm a Standard Bank customer and I would expect a better experience from my bank, time to change banks, as they say moving forward (without Std Bank).
