Call Centre not efficenient

We are trying to get a second bond on our bond account with Standard Bank.
The process is so frustrating! We have to work through a call centre in Joburg
and there is noone specific to speak to. The process that should have taken 7 days
has now taken 75 days and still no answer. It seems that the one person does
not know what the other has done in this process and we get nowhere. We have
been to see the Standard Bank in Somerset Mall, Somerset West to ask advice
and all they do is phone the call centre and they make us speak to them from their
offices! Oh this is so useless! Possibly the worst service I have ever had!
