Well done to the division for picking up that my account was cloned and some monkey tried to use my card in Canada. I was not even aware of this until I received a call from one of your agents to confirm the transaction. I would have lost allot of money if it was not for your swift and friendly actions and advise. Money will be refunded to my account within 5- 7 working days and I will receive a new card.
