Where to begin...
I've been a client of nedbank for over 15 years. And up until this last year I'd been pretty happy with the service overall. Higher bank charges and less benefits than the competition but if it's not broken why fix it?
To cut to the chase, this is the 5th time in a year that my account has either been hacked or my card cloned. The first time it took nedbank 10 weeks (and numerous visits to my local branch) to resolve the problem and pay me back my money. This last incident however is the most ridiculous and unacceptable of all, and frankly because they didn't even pick it up!
I've had money being taken out of my account for a month and the card division only phoned me yesterday! I've yet to go through all the figures but it's looking to be well over R15000.00 so far!
So what the are you guys going to do about it? It's the second of the month and my debits have to come off and I don't have any money because the people who you pay to find out this stuff let 15k slip by over a month! The incompetence!
