About a week ago I got the fright of my life when I discovered that my debit card had been cloned and persons unknown were going on a shopping spree with my hard earned money! Over R6000 had disappeared from my account within the space of 2 days. I called the Nedbank hotline and explained the situation. They stopped the card immediately and took all my details. A few days later I was sent some forms to complete listing all of the transactions as well as my confirmation that I had no knowledge of them. Within two or three days all of the transactions were reversed and my new card is on its way. Thank you Nedbank for your quick and efficient service.
