I'm really tired of these people.
i took up sum insurance with hello doctor and they started debiting on the 1st of each month, i then sent them an email to stop the debits since the insurance is not useful for me, they responded telling me they'll get back to me... they again debited on the 4th of Jan and and i wrote another email saying "they'll get back to me". I'm furious about this because there is no form of contact with these people except via email. this is how far they wanted to get while i made things easy for them. so "hello doctor" stop this rubbish u doing to my account
