I was very impressed with the fact that the security gentlemen greeted me formally and introduced himself to me. Alan was friendly and professional in his approach and his willingness to listen to me, as a client made me feel at ease and comfortable. Jeanne kept me company while I waited in her aircon office, in my mother tongue which was nice.
