MISSING MONEY

I have made a payment of R2300.00 to a FnB account from a Capitec Bank account on the 8th of November 2013.

I decided to first query Capitec Bank about the payment not reflecting on my FnB Statement. They immediately assisted me and assured me that the payment successfully went through and that FNB has my money.

I called FNB and they gave me verbal instructions on how I should proceed and the information I should send to a specific email account. I asked them If they can email me the instructions (I want make sure I do it the right way.). No they cannot do this. I had to write down the procedure and still wonder if I did everything as they told me to. I emailed all the detail with proof of payment from Capitec Bank to the FNB email address.

FNB only responded by "They will contact me shortly".

I waited one day and called in. They told me I will be contacted by Thursday. Still I am sitting here today, I haven't heard back from them. Don't know if they are even investigating the matter.

FNB, please tell me where is my money?

Can you handle this matter at all or are you understaffed?
