I must compliment FNB staff for their level of service, prompt responses and relationship marketing.
the service they give to me makes me feel like a private client yet i am just a retail bank client, the call centre staff is very efficient and branch staff are as professional with client intimacy in mind too.i've had great experience with FNB so far and do'nt see myself floor crossing again :-)... keep it up!
