Bad Attitude makes me not want to pay!!!

I have been receiving countless phone calls regarding to medicross accounts, that should have been covered by medical aid and had no idea of until i started getting harrassed by Vericred! I understand that this money is owing and i will make arrangements to make payment. but I do not enjoy the fact that i get harrassed by this place more than once a week!! I said I will make a payment and I will do so as soon as I get the money in hand!!! I cannot poop money out on demand like you expect me to! I have told them countless times that i am the sole provider for my family and money is tight, They do not accept this. I am now getting calls on my work number!!! I am a receptionist on a busy board and if i get caught on a private call i can lose my job!!! and yet today I got two calls after explaining this and then still getting a bad attitude with it!!! how many times do i need to explain this! If i dont answer my cell phone leave a message! I have also asked for a statement of yet i am still waiting for since december! I do not pay with out a statement SORRY! So please can you sort this out send me a statement and i will start making payments!!! and DO NOT PHONE MY WORK NUMBER PLEASE!!
