Efficient response - a helpful attendance

I have been helped by a lady by the name of Selina when I wanted to leave MiWay due to what I considered high insurance rates. After counselling me in this regard, Selina went on to get me to negotiate a better rate and even advised on other relevant aspects of the insurance.

Selina has become a helpful person to whom I now rely, and I am glad to say everytime I want to phone and enquire from MiWay she is the first (and probably only) person I'd want to speak to. She is quite an asset to MiWay and her clientele.

I congratulate her humility and efficiency in helping people in disarray.
