Application for home loan switch

Have been with standard bank for the last 10 years and they can treat you like some customer who they met yesterday. Applied for a home loan switch which was approved in September sometime. Signed the papers with the lawyers and had a second attempt after the papers had errors on the address. Since then no one has cared enough to even update you on the developments. The lawyers in December, after my phone call, indicated that the other lawyers did not lodge, 3 months later and who was supposed to ensure that all paperwork is being done. Then they promised that 1st week of January, till now. The worst is all these people are paid fees for the work that they do, l am not begging as this is debt on my name which l will have to pay monthly. Wonder if they will take 5 months to call me if l stopped paying. Please treat us with respect because this really, we are your customers and this is not a charity case that you will attend to sometime. If you call your home loan section, those people feel like they are doing you a favour. This is seriously unacceptable.
