I sms'ed the call centre back in September 2012 for the add I saw on TV that they will beat you current car insurance & if they cannot they will pay R400, I was called the next day with a quote done telephonically & the advisor mentioned that because their quote was higher I would get an e-mail link that would offer me to upload my current insurance, of which I did not get, I have called on numerous occasions afterwards & I was promised the link would be sent, which I did not get. When I called last week, the advisor gave me his Managers e-mail address of which the manager Jerry Lephatzi responds i do not qualify because I called in September & I called again afterwards, yet all this was only for the promotion & nothing more, because Outsurance is expensive with their insurance premiums.
