A claim was submitted last week and since then Liquid Capital have failed to provide any feedback or authorisation number in order for a vehicle to be repaired. As a result we have no car to travel with. This is disgusting service and upon calling Liquid Capital in order to do a follow up there is no one that will take my call at the call centre. How unprofessional is this company and why should anyone have to wait so long?? I cannot express enough how disappointed I am in the service provided.
