I spoke to one of the consultants today regarding repayment of my loan as i have been taken to the Lawyers and i never had anything from standard bank since i submitted my retrenchment letter in support of my loan that i took with standard bank Decembers and i paid from December till august, standard bank never bothered to give me a call back regarding the application i sent through for insurance and if they rejected it they were suppose to advice me that my application was rejected based on so and so reason but they didn't instead they took me to lawyers hu charge me more and i dnt understand y they charge me as am not contracted with them and its not help-full. i recently got a temp job well paying to start with the loan repayment but how do i do that if am still waiting and my errors are way beyond control now if they rejected my claims all extra excluding interest should be removed on my cover and its going to be done from the cay i got the loan and again my contracts should satart from scratch so i can be up to date and pay off all the amount left in no time
