Send documents over and over to no avail

I have applied for a loan and i pre-qualified.
I was told to send my payslip and ID, which i did.
I have been receiving sms and calls endlessly to send these documents, I have even sent it to Bandla's direct email about 4 times... i am getting nowhere and no feedback... this has been ongoing for about two weeks already
