I have been going back and forth for the last 3 almost 4 weeks trying to resolve this claim without any progress on your side. I have made numerous calls to Outsurance trying to compose my frustration with regards to the lack of service. For the last number of years I have never missed a payment (Not ONCE) to outsurance but on the contrary I have never ever experienced such bad service. The current state of my house security is up to... every time I call the service desk they are waiting for some confirmation of some quote. Every now and then somebody else from outsurance calls me to verify some of the security aspects of my house... I had to do this 3 x now... I do understand that this time of year makes the process more difficult BUT... no feedback except for the mail below from the 13th of December... would you appreciate such service?
