I applied for a loan through Debt Lab, i received a mail requesting my personal documents ie payslip and bank statements which i have send though to them. Shorty after i received a mail to confirm that they have received my documents and that one of there consultants would contact me back regarding this loan app. Up until today i have had no response, i have sent numerous mails to [Email Removed] with no avail. This is not very good customer service at all. Please can i have some kind of response as to whether my loan was approved or declined
