I have been phoning a few times for Charlene which she has not returned my call and everytime when I phone the reception drops my calls this is now 3 times. My father passed away and my mother had a joint account all documentation was sent through to close this account. My mother is a pensioner why is this so difficult to close and transfer the money. She is in East rand and need to drive to Montana to do this after they received all documents now they need originals after my mom and dad has been client fot all his life. this needs to be fixed today.
