My mother is a pensioner and lacks knowledge of certain things and therefore I am responsible of her accounts.

My mother has been contacted by Virgin mobile for a while now, frequently making a call to her at least once a week since the begining of this year regarding a cellphone which she received from Virgin Mobile in 2010.

My mother has never received the specified fone and everytime they call her they advise her to make a copy of her ID document n put a signature on the copy to prove it that she was not the one who received the phone. I advised not to send her copy of ID with that signature because that seems like a to complete a transaction.
My mother is a pensioner that is not close to amneties like copy machines, when she requests the account they refuse saying she must first send her ID with the signature.
They also conctaded me yesterday (2013/04/22) saying my SIM card was put on that particular cellphone (Sony Ericson) asking for my mother..I told the agent (Nokuthula) that my mother has no Virgin Mobile and I have never put my sim on any Sony Ericson. I advised them to send an account so that I can see but they refused - wanting ID first
