VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

My father in law had a stroke and we assisted my mother in law with her banking. We went to Standard Bank Brackenfell Branch and was referred to the manager. We sat opposite her office and waited for more than an hour. She had nobody in her office and wasn't on the telephone either. She walked passed us three or four times and ignored us completely. We went into her office after an hour en explained to her my mother in laws situation. She wasn't prepaired to help. We went to an attorney who helped us, but she kept phoning my mother in law and telling her that she isn't going to get any money. She needed to pay the builders. We called the attorney and told him everything that was said. The attorney phoned her ten minutes later and she told the attorney that my mother in law is a. She never phoned and she never said the things that she said. Eventually, after much grieve, my mother in law received the money to pay the builders. I cannot understand that a person like that can be made manager of a bank. Even the lady at reception is more willing to help. UNFORGIVABLE!!!
