Of a pensioner her few cents

Good day,

I am writing this email on behalf of my mother. My mother is banking with Capitec Bank,
And she is now a pensioner all her savings are at Capitec Bank. She opened another account that she saved money and can only get access to the money when she goes inside the bank.
On the 23rd of October my mother received an SMS, that SMS said it was from the bank but I told her to just ignore the SMS and later that night an unknown man phoned claiming that he is from the bank.
He told my mother details of her accounts and then later said that my mother should give him last two digits of her pin then she hang up the phone. The next morning she went to the bank and she was assisted by a gentleman (TSHEPO) from the bank (Capitec Bank), My mother showed him the SMS and he only said its, But she never gave out information to anyone. After few days my mother's phone was not working and when she went to the bank again to tell them that her phone is not working she want to change as she receives notifications on the phone. That is where she found out that her money disapeared. How can money vanish in the bank and they told her that there is nothing that they can do.
