On the 15 January 2013, Momentum deposited R4000 into my MTN Banking Account. Various amounts had been deposited regularly into this account. My money to date is still not in my account. I contacted the help desk at MTN Banking and was told to take the proof of deposit into Standard Bank so they could assist me. I went into Standard Bank at N1 City only to be told by an extremely rude and hostile man, to go away as it was not his problem and that Momentum should sort it out. The money has NOT been returned to Momentum and as far as they are concerned it has been done. I am very upset as I cannot afford to loose this amount of money! Where is it Standard Bank??? What have you done with my money??? I have also emailed MTN Banking at help@mobilebanking and have not had a reply, Where is my money???
