CLIENT SERVICE - AN EPIC FAIL

I've unsuccessfully tried for the past three days to lodge a new vehicle-related claim with MiWay:

- I was not able to submit my claim online and have received a system generated message that the form was not submitted and that MiWay will be in contact with me, no response to date
- I was not able to get through to the claims department telephonically
- I've used the "call me back"' service and left messages, to no avail
- My calls were redirected to the message centre, twice I have requested them to transfer me to the person in charge of the claims department, but were put on hold for another hour AFTER I HAVE EXPRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION

All this effort to report an, and claim for a damaged front windscreen... just about to give in on me whilst driving...

I am unpleasantly surprised by MiWay's poor service, and overtly disappointed in myself for exercising such poor discretion changing over to MiWay three years ago.
Only now that I claim with Miway for the very first time I realise what a mistake I've made.
