I am trying to get the settlement amount for my vehicle.
I have tried using your self-service option, I got an email and an SMS, the only problem is the amounts are different.
I then called into your call centre for them to give me the amount, now the amount they gave me over the phone and the amount in the email I got are also different.
What is going on there?
Can someone just give me the correct amount so I can make the payment.
