I am very dissapointed and angry about the way i was treated by your company's consultants, I phoned the East London branch on the 18th Dec 2013 and a form was sent to me to fill in which i did and returned it to the offices. An sms confirming receipt of my documents was sent to me, i waited for the money to be transfered but waited in vain. My father in law was burried on the 28th of Dec 2013 and i had to borrow money from loan so as to continue with the burrial. On the 31st of Dec i called your call center and was asked to re fax the documents which i did and called them to confirm if they have received the documents but the call center was closed and an anwering machine informed me that the offices were closed at 13H00. So my forms were received by the centre on the 2nd of January 2014. I am still waiting for the pay out because i called again and was told money was going to be transfered to me on the 6th of january 2014 but to this day nothing has happened. I then called again Yesterday and Spoke to gloria Molepo who said the forms i sent were incorrect and sent me new ones, to my surprise she sent me the exact form which i filled in and were email t her this morning.
