Telokom line ring continually and phone has no dial tone.
Fault logged with the call center on 3 January 2014 and was closed with out a technician coming out on the 5 January 2014.
A 2nd call was logged on the 05 January 2014 116crz050114, called the call center a few times now, been told that the call is been escalated to management as it has not yet been given to a tech.
Have been promised on 2 separate instances that a manager will call me the next morning and surprise nothing yet. My previous call to telkom on 20/21 January 2014 i was told by the consultant that the this fault for my area should have been resoled within 10 days.
Called again today at 15:10 waited 15 min on the line only for a consultant to put the phone down on me when i asked her as soon as she answered that i would like to speak to one of their managers.
