FNB Housing Finance... two months ago I called fnb housing asking on how about cancelling a policy that goes along with their smart bond account and without any hesitation the lady I spoke with did send me 2 forms and she said I must just fax them... and the fax no is written on the 2 docs she emailed and that's what she only said, 1 form was release policy and the other one was cession policy and then after I did faxed my documents on the 10.07.2013 and the fax confirm delivered to the fax no and then I waited for their response and nothing happened until on the 19.07.2013 when I called and it found out that the faxed personal documents were not received as the fax no is incorrect, and mind you it was almost month-end the debit orders are now active and in process so the new policy was debited as well as the fnb housing policy for the month of July as the was nothing they could do at this point, and then I was asked to -re fax the new policy forms together with the cession policy... while still waiting on Monday I did received the email from one of the consultant asking me to send the documents again as they are want to start to process my policy...
