Tues - phoned Outsurance re. windscreen cover. They confirmed I have it & someone would call me.
Call never came.
Wed - called Outsurance again. Rude call centre agent & supervisor "on lunch".
Phoned Outsurance again - received details for PG Autoglass Fourways - unable to get through
Thurs - Fourways have no mobility unit.
Phoned PG Autoglass Call Centre & spoke to Nompilo. Said Randburg couldn't do today but could do tomorrow.
While waiting for Randburg to call, I tried to phone them - no-one answered.
2pm, Randburg confirmed tomorrow at 2.30pm. This is too late as they need the car for 2 hrs.
Nompilo tried Blackheath - can't do. Then has the audacity to say she'll give me Head Office's no & they can try find someone for me - isn't that her job?!
Phoned Outsurance (Naomi) - if I go to another supplier, I must pay the invoice, send to them, they will review, then pay std amount in 48 working hrs. Won't disclose std amount so how do I know what to negotiate with other suppliers.
PG Autoglass & Complaints line - sourced 12h00/13h00 booking for tomorrow.
Outsurance used to be a pleasure to deal with - not anymore
