Good day, my name is Gabriel Mathala, 0760199263. Am a Capitec Bank client, I tried withdrawing money of R1000.00 yesterday morning around 9:07am on an ATM at Capitec Bank Polokwane Landros Mare street, the money did not come out and on my phone and bank statement it showed that I have withdrawn. I went to the same branch and I have completed the ATM dispute form, and they said the matter will be resolved after 24hours and even now is not yet resolved. Please assist in this regard as I needed to pay rent like yesterday. am now frustrated and dont know what to do.
