I applied for a limit increase on my Voyager Credit Card, they called me back saying that i need to get a letter from nedbank cause i have a credit card that is open with them which i closed 7 years ago, i'm calling card division and you cant get through to the call centre, left numerous messages and they have not gotten back to me.
