Close my account without notifying me

I informed fnb im going abroad for a few months, please activate my cards for roaming. i get told it can only be activated for 3 months and i must apply again in 3 months time - helloooo im 13000 km away from any fnb. but i take what i can get cos i need to leave the following day. when i come home 5 months later i manage to start making payments on credit card as per my agreement with the gent that called me regarding my account shortley after i landed. i transfere 10k to fnb account to transfere it to credit card once cleared only to find out transaction didnt reflect in fnb account after 4 days. i suddenly recieved sms to come to bank urgently and bring id. i do so only to be told that account has been closed by fnb due to inactivity for 3 months. nowhere was i notified and if i want to open it again i need proof of adress. u tell me to come with id only to send me home again to get proof of addie. i even told lady on phone u want me to make payment email me banking details so i can do it from std bank and still nothing . just threats to hand me over. i tried to pay u. im not your little whipping boy who drives up and down cos u cant get facts strait.
