A few month ago i went on unpaid maternity leave and sent standard bank rcp a affidavid and all proof i had that i wont be able to afford full instalements a guy at cqall centre told me i must send it then they stop the revolving credit for that 3 months as i pay account protection little did i know this is a lie. 2 months later i was handed over to the lawyers how unfair but i accepted and had a debit order put on my account to pay them they have been debiting all the months on the 3rd and in january THEY didnt debit and i now have a default on my name for there messup... i sent the proof to so many ppl that there was monty in my account on the 3rd and if they had to debit they woulda recieved the money THEY didnt debit so why must i suffer for this. why must my name be bad credited for standard bank agents not doing there job and processingthe debits when they should yes we were all on holiday but its not my fault they were lazy. ANGRY as i had to resend the proof to the credit buero over and over and explain this over and over and is now fedup i wont be making payments untill this is sorted out then i knopw why i got a default coz right now i have one for paying ontime
