Hello Peter, I am desperate and tired of FNB. It is been more than 6 months and several emails of proof that i sent to FNB to sort out this account. It is a long story of unprofessional and incompetent staff. I have proof of how incompetent and unprofessional FNB staff actually are. Stoty short: Vodacom credit card was part of FNB, FNB changed all Vodacom credit card accounts back to FNB cards with different account numbers. Everything supposed to stay the same just the name and number changed. Payments was done to FNB accounts the whole time. I paid insurance for a long time on the Vodacom card and after the switch i found out FNB did not transfer the insurance to the new card. This is there fault not mine, they initiated the change. I was retrenched more than six months ago, after several emails, calls and papers filled in and mailed back i still get calls that i have been handed over. I filled in forms of proof of retrenchment more than four months ago. Nobody call me back, i just receive an email stating account is closed, How can an account be closed what happened to my insurance payment? Why does it take more than six months to sort out this account. Can someone help please
