I have a personal loan with Nedbank that goes off monthly by debit order. Beginning of Decemeber i received a call from an agent advising me that the debit would go off earlier for the month & i should make provision for that amount. so they did debit the amount & yet decided to make an additional direct debit f R792. from my Savvy acc. My acc then became over drawn since this extra debit was not provided for. I called in 24Dec & spoke to Tsepiso who then advised a call would be logged to get the amount reversed. On 30Dec still no reversal was done & i called again & a coloured lady advised it takes 4days to reflect. Yet i keep gettin messages stating i need to fix my acc & call the loan dept but when i call them, i get placed on hold for over 8min & eventually the drop the call in ur ear -this happened 5times-different consultants my last call was today 14:32 Nonthlanla. The consultants are very unprofessional & gives you attitudes on the phone.
