I have been a loyal absa client so many years. I have had personal loans and credit cards that I had in the past that I paid off even before the date that i was supposed to finish them.
now the only time when I really have a big problem and require assistance then they are turning me away.
Firstly I have this company that is called Mobimoola that keeps on deduction 3 deductions and i dont know them i have tried calling them to stop debiting but they dont, i have even opened a case. now every time the deduct i go and reverse the transaction and now this has caused my account to have many unpaid transaction.
The major problem I have that I have recently gotten a new job that requires me to have a car hence they are offering me a car allowance. my job depend on this but I have been declined. i even paid off most of my accounts so that the affordibility does give me a problem. i know my credit record is not that clean but wats the use of being loyal but when you really need help you are turned away.
