No reply to my email sent regarding an insurance c

I sent an email in early December asking how do I go about claiming on the insurance I have on a cell fone I took through FNB. Almost a month later and still not response.

I would like to claim on the insurance that I took out, can someone please advise the process and what is needed from my side.
