On the 27th Sept I completed an on-line and telephonic application for car insurance and received a quote confirming my insurance cover via email. However, since the 1st Oct I have not been able to confirm and activate my car insurance cover as FNB Insurance Direct has had system failure and don't have a manual process in place to finalise my insurance cover.
