Good Afternoon,
FNB Insurance Brokers had sent Smartlab Cellular to fetch my accidentally damaged phone on Monday and till today they have not authorised repairs for the phone. I have been in communication with Smartlab Cellular via e-mails and I get response the same day from Smartlab Cellular however FNB Insurance Brokers never ever reply to any of my e-mails though I get an automatic acknolwdgement of receipt of my e-mails.
This is too much of an inconvenience and when I go to the branch the always make these calls to FNB Insurance Brokers and I end up getting no help whatsoever. This is unprofessional and unethical to name a few.
