I'm writing to inform you that I had a negative experience African bank and the person who handled my query is named Tebogo.
First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this letter, are not responsible for my bad experience, but I am still upset about the situation.
I went to the branch and requested for a loan . well I haven't received the money besides being promised that I would be paid to me before 5oclock on Friday last week. I had explained the agent that I needed the money urgently even told him what was it for, not as if I needed to tell him through but I did. When I got home, I realized the money wasn't paid still. I called the branch on Friday still spoke with Bonita. I asked her if Tebogo would please phoned me back still no phone call came to me. As if that wasn't enough I still called the branch again. I am allergic to poor service and I won't dwell on numerous calls I had received from confirmations and head office department.
My point here is I called again this morning, When I got to the speaker (Bonita) I was told (in a tone that sounded annoyed with the fact that I wanted the issue fixed). I explained the situation to Bonita, w
